16 year old Young Ambassadors reaching out through ‘Raise Your Spirits’ Workshop
19th January 2008, saw the Sri Dasmesh school hall set up with soft lights, music, decorations and smart looking young officials all ready to receive their guests . The young adults were the Form Four students from Sek Sri Dasmesh while their guests were teenagers from welfare homes.
Reflecting the multicultural and multireligious nature of our society, representatives of the 5 major faiths in Malaysia, were invited to participate in the auspicious event of the Peace Prayer Day which was celebrated with a special ceremony on Tuesday, 23rd June 2009 at the school courtyard. Through this celebration, the Sri Dasmesh school community wishes to make a statement that there is a rising and urgent need for peace in the world today.

Jessi Kaur , author of Dear Takuya spent many exciting days with students and teachers at Sri Dasmesh in the month of May. What is so special about Jessi is her ability to connect with such a wide range of age groups, over an equally wide rage of topics.
On 9th May 2008, students and staff of Sekolah Sri Dasmesh donated a total of RM 1,954.00 towards the Myanmar Relief Fund to help the victims of the tragic Nargis Cyclone. The cash was handed over to the Star office at the Menara STAR at 5pm.
